Membership of the Horticultural Society is open to everyone living in Normanton on Soar. You don’t have to be an expert gardener, just interested. Family membership is £4.00 per year. The Society has over 100 family members giving a total membership of  approximately 200 from the local community and beyond.

The society meets once a month. The  programme is made up a variety of talks and demonstrations. In the summer we try to arrange visits to gardens, nurseries etc..

A major benefit to all members is the opportunity to purchase seeds and plants from Mr. Fothergill’s at very attractive discounts.
